Package arrived with no issues
"Package arrived with no issues and arrived quickly!! I have always wanted a ceiling fan for my bedroom and never thought it was possible, (no electricity on my bedroom ceiling) until I found one this one, its corded and with some good ceiling anchors, I FINALLY have a ceiling fan in my bedroom. Very easy to set up, most hardware and screws were already in place and needed to be removed to assemble, but I liked this because I didnt have to question if I was using the wrong hardware in the wrong place. Comes with 2 down rods (note: one of the down rods has to be used). The screws on the base of the fan have plastic shipping pieces that are removed and not reused (the instructions were no completely clear). The blades are plastic, but the blade that you see looks like wood. The remote has a base that can be screwed to the wall (so you dont lose the remote!). The fan has 6 speed settings and a reverse option. The light has 3 settings, daylight, bright white, and a dimmer more yellowish light, plus each setting can also be dimmed. The fan does not sway when its on, which was a concern as it is hanging over our bed. The light is a BIG bonus as our room is rather large and no matter what lamps we had, we have not been able to have enough light in a generally dark room. Overall, we are VERY happy with this fan!!"
