Q&A
- My GA013 remote has stopped working without multiple button pushes - it’s like the buttons inside are not actually being pressed - if I order the exact same remote will it work with my fan or do I have to change out guts of fan also to use replacement remote
- Hello friend, our product remote controls may have the same appearance but different models. We recommend that you inform customer service of your ceiling fan model before purchasing to confirm the correct remote control model. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please reach out to us at 1-888-275-3352 or Support@parrotuncle.com or chat with us via parrotuncle.com.
- I would like to retrieve a manual for this as we use these fan remotes at our facilities.
- Hello, the remote control is not universal, we recommend you send your ceiling fan model to support@parrotuncle.com.
