"The fan was packaged well and included all necessary hardware. Unboxing was easy and straightforward. Instructions were mostly written legibly. The instructions have you installing the blades while the motor assembly is attached to the ceiling. With three screws per blade and eight blades, it leads to a lot of work with arms extended over head. It might have gone smoother if I had a helper. The remote includes a wall mount, which I will use but haven't yet installed. The name of the app wasn't included in the manual but I managed to find it by searching "Parrot Uncle". I had no trouble with pairing. A nice feature is that the fan can be controlled by remote control, phone ('ParrotUncle Smart' app), Alexa, Google and wall switch. Overall, I love the fan. It's very quiet and moves air very well, even on its lowest speed."

I took out some of the parts to see if they seem like good quality, they do. I am excited to see the final product working on our ceiling, but for now, this will have to do.
