"I bought this fan from Lowe's for the remote reversable function. My ceilings are too high to switch manually. After paying to have it installed, I could not find how to reverse the motor on the remote. I also could not find how to reverse in the instruction manual. I do see a "blank" button the does nothing. This button looks to be the reverse button for other fans. I just wasted my money installing a fan that will not be fully usable to me. The fan also does not look as nice as in the pictures. Very disappointed!"
