Happy Customer!

Ordered a fan, but needed a longer down rod than the one that came with the fan. Ordered a 36" down rod via a separate order, but it did not arrive at the same time as the fan. Contacted customer service by email and promptly received a response explaining the reason for the delay and reassuring me that it was on the way. Waited several days and it still hadn't arrived, so I emailed again. Immediately received a response again, this time with tracking details. All emails were personal, not automated, and I was welcomed to respond if I felt I needed to. Down rod did in fact arrive, and it and the fan were in perfect shape. Uncommon customer service!
