At Parrot Uncle, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Most unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging
- Be free from damage caused by improper use or installation
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been:
- Installed or used
- Physically damaged after delivery
- Modified, repaired, or altered without authorization
- Returned without the original packaging
- Returned with missing parts or accessories
Products showing signs of misuse, improper installation, or abnormal wear are not eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
- A short video if the problem cannot be clearly shown in photos
For the fastest after-sales service, product issues should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
If the Return Is Due to Our Error
If the return is caused by a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item shipped by us, Parrot Uncle will cover the return shipping costs and provide return instructions.
If the Return Is for Personal Reasons
If the return is due to reasons such as ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, no longer needed the product, purchased by mistake, or ordered the wrong size or style, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you refuse delivery of a package for personal reasons, any shipping and return charges incurred may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product, please contact our Customer Support team before returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll arrange the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
