"This is an excellent small-form fan/light combination for a small room. It is going up in our guest room. The fan only needs power and the fan speed and light are controlled via a remote. Easy install with a plate. Use the hook to hold the heavy fan up until the unit can be secured with bolts. Our house is a coastal interior design and this is perfect Very pleased with this fan light!"
I had a kitchen ceiling
"I had a kitchen ceiling fan that was a minuet size due to having upper cabinet doors nearby. Unfortunately it was old and noisy so I was looking for something more updated that would also fit in a smaller space. This Parrot Uncle fan fit my needs perfectly. It came securely packaged, included all hanging hardware plus the remote control. Also has a hanging wire to hold the fan motor to the ceiling thus freeing your hands to make connections."
