Motor Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty
The ceiling fan motor is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
If the motor is determined by Parrot Uncle to be defective, we will provide a replacement motor or replacement fan at no additional charge.
This warranty applies only to the motor and does not cover electronic control components, including:
- Remote control transmitters
- Remote receivers
- Capacitors
- Wall controls
- Other electronic accessories
Fan Parts Warranty
One-Year Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all other fan components are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts are available for many Parrot Uncle products. If you need replacement blades, light kits, remotes, receivers, or other parts, please contact our Customer Support team with your product model number.
Light Kit Warranty
One-Year Limited Warranty
The light kit, including the LED module or LED bulb (excluding glass components), is covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
If an identical replacement part is unavailable within 60 days, Parrot Uncle reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement product or component of equal or greater value.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Labor or installation costs, including electrician fees
- Remote control batteries
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Refurbished or second-hand products
- Products installed outside the United States
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Products owned by anyone other than the original purchaser
This warranty also does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Failure to follow installation or operating instructions
- Electrical surges or improper voltage
- Use of incompatible replacement parts or accessories
- Fire, flooding, lightning, storms, or other natural disasters
- Other events beyond Parrot Uncle's reasonable control
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Parrot Uncle. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parrot Uncle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this product.
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the applicable warranty period described above, except where prohibited by law.
