The base of the first chandelier was warped as seen in the first four pictures. The replacement has a mysterious hole drilled in the frame. The overall quality is not impressive. The quality control department needs to be addressed. I requested a complete refund.

The chandelier is exactly what I wanted to be a showstopper when people coming to my house. I guess so many compliments and everybody is always asking me when did I put this in and where I get from it is definitely very elegant very well-made and sturdy I'm shocked and I love it.
