The worst purchase, the worst customer service, the fan is still not functioning, I can't seem to be able to return it, the company just won't let me. They keep sending me replacement parts, and refuse to accept a return. Buyer beware,- the customer service is in China. I have purchased a different fan and installed it already, and that fan works, but not this one. Do not buy anything from the website, I imagine it's the same with any other product there. I got a defective fan and I want to return it, it's been going on a month and a half of useless back and forth emails. Give me back my 100$ dollars! I am tired of the customer service that assumed that I am inadequate to install a ceiling fan with light. Just stop. I want my money back, and I want you to send me the place to return this dud.
