I received my fan this week and it is bent. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they have said it is not bent. It is definitely bent, and I would like a replacement please!

I am a light sleeper and can barely hear the low speeds on this fan. Circulates the warm air off our vaulted ceilings during the winter. Nice look that hides the fan mechanics. Happy with it.
