Oh how I've been waiting for this, strap in reader and get you supervisor PU because after spending over a thousand plus all the money I've spent on workers to put the fans in we finally come to a head this fan showed up in a very damaged box and missing pieces I tried to tell Pam this that I could not pay to have it installed if the fan is damaged because and stay with me here I'd have to pay extra to un install it so I communicated this and that I was disabled so my income is finite but instead of sending me the return label so that I can send it back and browse their catalog to reinvest the money in them (which I told them) PAM decided that, that was not an option she would replace the parts and give me 20$ for the problems and idk if anyone's ever had work done on their house or works in this line of business but workers are expensive and very touchy. The Days later replys and the patronizing tone was the last straw so give me a call "Friend" I COULD GO ON BUT YOU GET IT
