Description

1. We offer downrod for custom products. Downrod diameter: 1 inch 

2. If you need to customize other models, please communicate with us by email in advance. Generally speaking, the 48" downrods custom period is about one month； the 18", 24", and 36" downrods custom period is about 20 days.

3. If you ordered both a fan and a downrod, we will send you the fan first. The downrod needs to be customized, and the cycle is about 1 month. We will send it to you as soon as possible after the downrod arrives.

4. Custom downrods do not include the upper drop ball, only the downrod

Notice

1.  You can email to confirm the inner diameter of the purchased ceiling fan down rod before placing an order, so as not to cause inconvenience to you if it is not suitable

2. After placing the order, you can inform us of your fan model by email and we will make a note for you in the system, thank you

Great Customer Service

I used a universal down rod from a box store on my Parrot Fan and it would not hang level. I contact Parrot and they were more than happy to assist with a custom down rod made for my fan model. I ordered a 48" down rod and we changed our mind after ordering. No problem. Parrot changed the order and refunded the difference in price. When it shipped, I asked for tracking info and they sent me tracking from China and Fed Ex. Received the down rod in about 14 days and it works like a charm. Thanks to those who answered my questions and assisted (Pam). Great experience and now it is time to enjoy my new fan light,

Parrot Uncle has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I spent $120 on these down rods and the original shipping said that it would arrive with my fan and light, however, it did not, and we were not provided any notice otherwise, so we had to buy other down rods from Home Depot because the handyman was here to install, and now ParrotUncle refuses to take them back as a return, even though they have never been used and they are still in the box. Don’t buy from them.

Special ordered for my specific Parrot Uncle fan that I ordered off their website. Took a long time to get from China. Hired an electrician to install the fan. The wires on the fan were too short for the downrod so the downrod was useless. Parrot Uncle refused to let me return the downrod.
