Knocking fan

Bought this for my living room, it is really pretty unfortunately I don’t know anything about electrical even if it just two wires. I paid to have this installed. When it was done We noticed the fan kept knocking on something when it starts up and when it turns off. I’m disappointed. And I need to pay to have someone uninstall it now. The seller quickly respond to me and gave me the option to send me a new fan waiting to see how this one goes 5 star for the seller
