36" Bangaiore Modern Downrod Mount Crystal Ceiling Fan with Lighting and Remote Control

It's a beautiful fan for my old Hollywood glamor bathroom but I can't get the light to work correctly I don't know if it's the wiring or the fact that I can't get the remote control to do anything it's connected to a wall switch. I think the directions are lousy especially for the remote control doesn't show me how to get it coated to the fan when I call customer service they tell me to follow the directions they're no help anything they can do is take back and forth with me which is no help so now I'm stuck with no light in my bathroom I go to work at 8:30 at night so I have no light to get ready with and I'm not sure what to do now since I took the other one down I'm going to see if I can call someone to help me the last place I called said $200 an hour and they can only installs I'd have to take the van down for them to put it back up I don't have that kind of money anyway can't speak to nobody about it they're in Asia!

This Fan is absolutely stunning. The pictures do it no justice the functionality is top-tier, and I am so pleased with it. It’s definitely brought in the level of luxury I desired into my space.

Very happy with this fan/light combo. Highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed, the crystals are gorgeous. My picture attached doesn’t do the crystals justice, seeing it in-person is the best, simply beautiful :)
