We just built a house and it's the first time we've had the opportunity for an outdoor patio fan. We look forward to enjoying this six-foot fan on hot summer nights. Instructions were clear and easy to understand and it included everything we needed, even enough wire for the 48" down-rod, we needed, which was nice (includes very short down-rods). It's reversible, of course. The remote control is pretty basic but does the job. It's rated as okay for outdoor, a requirement for our often damp Pacific Northwest weather. Looks great, runs quiet, and moves a lot of air. Looking forward to many breezy nights!

This is a good size fan that I am using in my great room as well as my pool house. I wasn’t sure when ordering about the fan because the picture of the fan made the blades look like a fake wood/ cheap. The in person blade is very nice and is not like the picture at all.
