Excellent product. Super easy to install and great quality. Good air output, quiet while in use and looks amazing. This is the second one we ordered, this time with the light fixture included and it works flawlessly with the remote.

It looks very nice and I am very much enjoying it, however I do have concerns and some notes that I would like to have known before buying.

The fan blades are extremely light, almost like foam. I definitely expected solid wood like they advertised which then has notable weight. If it is wood by some measure, it is some engineered wood or a wood I have never seen before. The walnut veneer was slightly damaged in one area so I could see that it was grey underneath the veneer.

The unit softly beeps when it is powered by the wall switch or adjusted with the remote. I will probably risk voiding my warranty to find the speaker and cut it because I see no need for a ceiling fan to make a sound unless it is malfunctioning. UPDATE: it occurs to me this beep is likely the remote control unit that you may choose not to use.

The motor starts as if it struggles. All the other fans in my house and experience, of different makes and sizes and types, start immediately and with power--even the recent ones that start gradually. However, this fan will turn one way for a half second, then stop, go the other way, stop, and eventually start up in the proper direction. This happens no matter how you start it--either the wall switch or the fan power button on the remote.
