My mom bought from lowes online and within a month these both went out. All they do now is flicker for a second when turned on and then nothing. Apparently many other people have the same issue, and my mom never bothered to contact Lowe's or the manufacturer when that happened to maybe get some sort of replacement.

If I bought this I would have personally returned it somehow or done something about it but it's unfortunate and it's been half a year with no light from these (thankfully we have other light sources but this is bad.

I put this in the kitchen over the table and it looks beautiful and works beautifully. It’s powerful and I love that I can reverse the blades and dim the lights as needed.

I agree with a previous customer, tight. Wasn't that impressed with the quality of the fan. After a week the fan stopped working. The module seems to be faulty. I have tried calling and had to leave a message. I also emailed the folks and have not heard back.
