Awful customer service. Awful fan.

"This fan almost started a fire in our home. The ceiling housing is so small and you have to jam so much stuff in there it’s nearly impossible to close the housing. Then on top of that getting the light cover to go on just when you think your done feels like a sick joke. While trying to get the light cover on the remote box in the ceiling sparked and melted and it could have been a lot worse. We immediately took it down for safety reasons and we are dealing with awful customer service as we attempt to return for a full refund. Somehow they are saying it’s not a ‘quality issue’ therefore it’s on us… well this is 100% a quality issue. Save yourself the troubles and avoid this fan AND company."

"Beautiful fan but difficult to assemble. The instructions are extremely inadequate and leave you guessing on what to do and how to put it together. The instructions are only small drawings that are of no help. Someone at the factory needs to write down the step by step directions."

"The finish is a nice brushed looking brass not paint. The light has good output and the fan was relatively easy to install. I find the fans with remote switch modules to be almost impossible to wire with all the connections in the box in my older home with 12ga wire. There is some motor hum at full speed but otherwise it’s very quiet"

"This ceiling fan has a great warm brushed bronze/gold color and integrated LED light. It comes with a remote but because of the receiver for the remote can be challenging to install in older ceiling junction boxes. Overall easy to install though- it took about 2 hours total with just one person. Love the look of it- the only downside is that it won't work with the remote unit installed and a two wall switch (we set it up to have the fan and light on two different switches in the room) so we will likely move it to another room in the house. Definitely worth the effort though because it's so modern and clean but warm looking!"

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material and the looks of the brass and wood combo are really nice.
