"Quiet fan, moves a lot of air. Pleased with overall experience to date. We’ve only had it up and running for one week. We had it professionally installed so I cannot comment on instructions to install. I took away one star due to lack of customer service response regarding the 3’ down rod ETA we ordered separately that was needed for our vaulted ceiling. Customer service was lacking in responses to phone calls and e-mail requests."
"The Parrot Uncle ceiling fan was a little more complicated to assemble than other fans we’ve installed but, it was worth it! This fan is gorgeous! It’s so powerful, it freezes us out if we have it on too high! Parrot Uncle did a good job making a powerful ceiling fan that is very quiet too! Great fan for a master bedroom (where we installed ours!) or living room. I also think it would complement many different styles/design themes"
"Once installed the fan runs silent and has many speeds controlled by an easy to use remote. The fan is a beautiful fan and very unique in design. This one had dark brown/med brown reversible blades and I chose the dark brown on the underneath side. It did not need to be balanced. I really like the looks of this fan."
"I really like this fan. The look is very good but there is one issue and that the LED lights are basically ambience light. They do not serve to light up an area to any great degree. That's the only issue that I see with this fan"
"Overall it is a nice fan and moves well. It is quiet and did not really need any extra balancing. The instructions for installation could have been a little better and they included only pictures and hardly any verbiage. It took a little time to figure out what hardware went where. Fortunately for me I was able to replace an existing fan, so I did not need to make any changes to the ceiling. The biggest issue for me is that my ceiling is sloped so the base on the ceiling was difficult to get settled. I the remote sensor is kind of large that fits in the ceiling base and I had to rewire it a bit to get it to fit. The fan itself looks much better on than off in my opinion. I light is not very bright I don't think, so if you want a brighter light, you might want a different fan. I biggest issue with the fan so far is the remote. There are no instructions for it and it does seem to do anything to control the fan speed so matter what I do. I have a question in about it but I have not heard back."

"Product arrived on time. The packaging was just the right size. The color and quality of fan was very beautiful. All instructions were easy to follow. Installation was easy since I already had the light fixture in place and wiring was a breeze. I measured to ensure the fan was he right size for the room and it was a little big but met all the requirements to be considered safe within the parameters set forth in the instructions. I wish we had more time with product before I was required to review to give more details and working details."
