"You may or may not like this specific detail but I do. It main thing I like is that the shade is plastic and it just snaps in. I’ll tell you why I like it. It’s annoying when it’s glass and you have those tiny little screws to screw in around the sides. I never get them on straight and I have cracked them before. Now for the couple little things I didn’t like. First is the remote is white. Should have made it black it would have matched the one side of the blades. Second thing is I don’t think the wood look goes very well with that antique brass color. I prefer black anyways so it’s not a big deal to me. I do like the shape of the blades they are straight."

"Every once in a while you'll buy something that cliches, and when that happens what do you want? A company that stands behind there product. That's exactly what I received! RARE! Not only was I contacted after emailing the company about my issue, I was contacting unbelievable fast. My email went out at 8:52pm et and the returned email was answered at 8:59pm et. I was shocked. The information was sent to the representative in my area and I was contacted first thing the next morning. New parts were shipped to me free of charge and we're back up and running. Absolutely the fastest, most efficient service I've ever received in a very long time. That's a company you want to shop with. Much appreciated!!! Oh, I almost forgot, the fan, its FAN- tastic!"
