I bought this fan from Lowe's for the remote reversable function. My ceilings are too high to switch manually. After paying to have it installed, I could not find how to reverse the motor on the remote. I also could not find how to reverse in the instruction manual. I do see a "blank" button the does nothing. This button looks to be the reverse button for other fans. I just wasted my money installing a fan that will not be fully usable to me. The fan also does not look as nice as in the pictures. Very disappointed!

Excellent quality and finish. The remote functionality is convenient, runs smoothly, quietly, and is easy to install. A few months later we lost our remote and their customer service was very helpful and shipped us a replacement immediately.
