Urbana Indoor Matte Black Industrial Ceiling Fan with Pull Chain and Light Kit, This Fan arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged, this fan is perfect for my space and it was quick and easy to install, it comes with easy to follow installation instructions and all the hardware necessary for a quick and easy install, I know! It’s recommended for indoors, but southern calif allows me to use many products outdoors, this 52” 5 bladed two light fan weights 16 lbs. and pushes a lot of air (3265 CFM) with a noticeably quiet 130 RPM reversable 3 speed motor, it does not come with bulbs, but it takes 2 E26 base bulbs 60 watts max each."

This fan does exactly what

"This fan does exactly what is expected of it in a very nice industrial design. It is quiet and has such minimum vibration that I didn't see a need to use the blade balancing weights. Both 4" and 10" down rods are included and easily changed. We have 9 foot ceilings so I used the 10" down rod which allows nice airflow and still gives us adequate head clearance. At that height the 2 ea. 60 watt E 26 base clear filament bulbs give good illumination and add to the industrial look. Installation was standard and quite easy. I preferred to assemble and wire the entire fixture on my workbench where attachments and wiring are not above my head. I then connected the mounting plate to the ceiling electrical box and slid the top of the down rod, with fan and light attached, into the mounting plate. The entire assembled fan then hangs freely so I can use both hands to connect to our house power. The fan and attached light only weigh about 16 lbs. so our ceiling electrical box had no issue supporting it. The fan has three reversible speeds which are controlled by pull chains, and the light is not dimmable. This is not our first Parrot Uncle fan and we are very happy with the quality of their products."

Easy to install, but case

"Easy to install, but case a stream of horizontal feathered pattern light around the room. Maybe due to the caged globe it’s reflecting that look on my walls."
