"The Parrot Uncle Winters 52 in. Indoor Black Downrod Mount Chandelier Ceiling Fan with Light Kit and Remote Control is finally installed and is working well. The light lever and air circulation are an improvement over our old setup. The first unit we received had a fan motor that did not work, but customer service from Parrot Uncle ran me through a diagnostic and decided to send a new unit. This unit is working well and is greatly appreciated by us."
