Unusable as it arrived poorly packaged resulting in the item being shattered into many fragments during shipping. Parrot Uncle was unwilling to resend a replacement, simply using proper packaging for shipping, beyond basic plastic wrap in a thin cardboard box(not marked fragile in any way); choosing instead to issue a refund.

Crystal chandelier with fan

In assembling the 50 or so crystal baubles we managed to damage a couple. The process of ordering new ones was done with care and Efficiency. We are happy with our purchase and the after care of this company

I love the ceiling fan and the light is very bright which is what I wanted. My My husband Said it was not very easy to install but worth it.
