52" Wesley Industrial DC Motor Downrod Mount Reversible Ceiling Fan with Remote Control

Great fans for the price. Look really nice and provide enough air circulation to keep the room cool. Has 6 speeds but 3 is strong enough to cool the room.

This fan looks and works great. It was very well packaged. All parts were included and undamaged. Because the installation location is an outdoor covered patio with a 12 foot ceiling. The installers did a great job and took about 3 hours. As recommended by them, I had them add a wall switch to control power to the fan. This protects it from power surges when not in use. The installer has installed hundreds of ceiling fans over 20 years. He said this is a very good fan. Evidence of that bares out with the installation being completed without issue and no missing parts. Also, the performance seems to be top notch. There is very little movement at any speed, even with the 40 inch down rod installed. The remote control (battery included) use is effortless. While running on #6 speed, I tapped the reverse direction button. The fan slowly decelerated, then reversed rotation.

This Wesley 52-inch fan has six speeds and comes with a full-featured remote control. The CFM value printed on the box is 5925, but the description on the Home Depot website is 4341 cubic feet per minute, so either way, it's moving a lot of air. Finished in a lovely matte black, it has a powerful DC motor that's more energy efficient and quieter than typical AC motors. The fan is easy to install and the remote control receiver is built into the motor, saving time during installation. This fan is a unique-looking three-blade fan with many features.
