"Cannot get remote to work. Fan is installed on a single pole switch. Lights work fine and im getting power to the motor. The fan has not worked. How do I pair the remote ? Can I over ride the remote and have the fan function solely on my switch?"

"We bought two of these to use in our she shed. They are so cool and look wonderful in the space. We had a professional electrician install them so I cannot comment on the difficulty of installation. The instructions are terribly written/translated. We have tried for hours to follow them to pair the two remotes to the same frequency, but the instructions are incoherent and simply make no sense. A very annoying experience for an otherwise awesome product."

"This product is very well built and fairly easy to install. The only problem was a few translation issues that took a little extra thought to figure out. We used an LED Edison ST64 bulb for a nice, retro look. Plenty of light and the fan is very quiet! My only wish is that the remote/receiver included a dimmer."
