We just bought an older
"We just bought an older home and have begun a complete remodel. As part of the remodeling process we ordered and received the Parrot Uncle Anyan 52 in. LED Indoor Chrome Flush Mounted Ceiling Fan with Light Kit and Remote Control. We installed this 52-inch fan in the family room. It is a unique and quite attractive piece. We didn’t know whether we would like the “flashy chrome”, but it totally works as it complements the Canadian hewn oak flooring (light gray) we chose for the room. I have added several pictures below in order that you may see what this fixture looks like installed. If you are seeking a unique feature to add something a little different to your room, this may be an excellent choice. It was an easy installation which is always a plus. This was a beautiful addition to our newly renovated family room."

"This is a nice looking ceiling fan and a great replacement for our old one. The installation was fairly easy and the remote receiver is on the outside and didn’t have to be stuffed inside the housing. I would have given it a five star rating except for a couple of things. First the remote did not include the two AAA batteries. Luckily we had them. Also it did not include the bulbs which most remote fans or at least our other two did include them. The lights do not dim although there are two buttons on the remote that indicate lights. We will have to either unscrew one or two of the bulbs or get very low watt bulbs. It is a nice fan though."

"This Parrot Uncle Anyan 52 in. LED Indoor Chrome Flush Mounted Ceiling Fan with Light Kit is absolutely beautiful. The instructions are well-illustrated and the mount includes a hanging pin for easier installation and wiring. The flush-mount base allows for more head clearance with shorter ceilings and also gives the illusion of a taller ceiling. The fan offers clear globes for better lighting over frosted globes. The remote is not integrated but was easy to wire. The remote worked at first try and is programmable where multiple fans are used. Cool! The fan direction is on the housing but since the fan direction is usually selected twice a year for the hot and cold seasons, I did not find this to be an inconvenience. The blades are not color reversable-but not a deal breaker here. I am extremely pleased at the operation and quality of this fan. If this is in one's budget then I highly recommend this beauty. Very nice."

"Parrot Uncle has become my new favorite brand. They are stylish and cost less for those on a budget. This particular fan has your traditional 5 blades with a gray wood look with clear glass and very shiny chrome that will keep you in a more simplistic modern look. This is a indoor fan and is designed to be used in rooms with low ceilings, the housing fits flush to the ceiling. Moves enough air for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms or family rooms."
