Q&A

I need help installing. The bracket on the fan motor assembly does not easily fit into the mounting bracket. I’m not sure if it’s because the bracket on the fan motor assembly is bent. I tried to straighten it out and was able to get it to fit into the mounting bracket but the screw holes don’t line up on one side so I can only get 2 fastener in the holes. I also only have 3 screws to attach the two brackets, it was missing one. I’m worried if I get this put together I will not be able to take it apart and remove it from my ceiling if I ever have to work on it to change it out. I’m not sure if this one was returned or not but this is not working how the pictures show or the reviews say.
