"Received the fan in good condition. Placed the parts on the floor and checked. The ceiling was 10’ tall so I needed help which l suggest. If you are installing look at the fan and how it goes together before you get on a ladder. The fan went up pretty easy. We turned it on and tested all the controls. It will move air gentle or harsh. We set it at 3. The great thing the switch was turned off at the wall then turned back on and the fan ran at number 3."
