I ordered two fans at the same time. First one I installed, worked great. When my electrician tried to install the second one, he found that it did not work. I informed the company that the fan didn't work and that I would need to exchange it. Instead of providing the information to exchange, they gave me a 10 point check list to see if the fan worked. I explained that I had hired an electrician to install the fan and I would have to pay the electrician a second time to go through this 10 point check list only to find out that the fan didn't work. I again stated that I wanted to simply exchange the the fan. The other worked fine and I simply wanted a fan that worked. The company responded that I would have to send a video and prove that the fan didn't work! I again told them that I had hire someone to install the fan. In order to take a video, I would have take more time off of work and pay again to have some one come out just to take a video of a fan that doesn't work. This would cost me hundreds of dollars. I felt that this request was incredibly unreasonable. At this point, I told the company that I just wanted a refund. I didn't want the fan. I just wanted to return it for a full refund. THE COMPANY DENIED MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND. They told me to send or video or I was out of luck! What kind of company does that. I will be submitting a complaint with Better Business Bureau and any other consumer complaint agency that I can find. This is terrible to put the burden on the customer to spend money to prove something and then to not even honor a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
