You may or may not like this specific detail but I do. It main thing I like is that the shade is plastic and it just snaps in. I’ll tell you why I like it. It’s annoying when it’s glass and you have those tiny little screws to screw in around the sides. I never get them on straight and I have cracked them before. Now for the couple little things I didn’t like. First is the remote is white. Should have made it black it would have matched the one side of the blades. Second thing is I don’t think the wood look goes very well with that antique brass color. I prefer black anyways so it’s not a big deal to me. I do like the shape of the blades they are straight.

Every once in a while you'll buy something that cliches, and when that happens what do you want? A company that stands behind there product. That's exactly what I received! RARE! Not only was I contacted after emailing the company about my issue, I was contacting unbelievable fast. My email went out at 8:52pm et and the returned email was answered at 8:59pm et. I was shocked. The information was sent to the representative in my area and I was contacted first thing the next morning. New parts were shipped to me free of charge and we're back up and running.
