They won't allow returns. The cage of this fan is so tight to the fan part that you can't remove it as the direction show. And if the holes get out a little of alignment while you install it, you are out of luck. I have been trying to return it for 3 days now and all customer service says is to install per the directions despite detailing my issue to them about how I can't because I can't get the cage to move. They also don't post low star reviews.

Frustrated in Florida

Do not waste your time or money. The unit looks fine on the ceiling but it is more of a piece of art because it is still life. The instructions do match the physical product and the online instructions are the same. The fan itself will not move even after I installed a second remote and receiver.
