This is an excellent small-form fan/light combination for a small room. It is going up in our guest room. The fan only needs power and the fan speed and light are controlled via a remote. Easy install with a plate. Use the hook to hold the heavy fan up until the unit can be secured with bolts. Our house is a coastal interior design and this is perfect Very pleased with this fan light!
